For the requirements of the racing teams and racers, MIC is completely equipped with all kind of resources required during the race weekends that are approved by the FIA and the marshals and officials are well trained and certified by the FMSCI.

Factors In Our Resources

Medical Facility

During every event a fully equipped ambulance will be available at the track to attend to any kind of medial emergency.

Media Room

An exclusive Media Room with highspeed internet, 24/7 power back up, viewing tower and refreshments.

PIT

State-of-the-Art pits for the racing team is available with all the accessories required for mechanical team. The pit lane area will be limited to relevant passholders only.

Briefing Room

Driver briefing room with a capacity to seat 100 drivers is available near the Podium.

Race Control Room

MIC boasts the State-of-the-art race control room that will have access to authorised personals only. Entire track is covered with Close Circuit Cameras through which the entire duration of the races will be monitored by the officials.

Access Passes

Entering the MIC or MIKA premises will require Access Pass or require tickets. Unauthorised entry is not allowed and Trespassers will be prosecuted.

Podium

Permanente podium for award ceremony is available near the start-finish line.

Canteen

Fast food and juice centre is available in the paddock area near the pits that caters to the requirements of racers and teams.

Marshal Posts

Marshal Posts are stationed at various points around the track, including corners, the pit lane, and the paddock. Marshals in racing events are responsible for the safety of competitors and spectators.

They are responsible for the :

  • SAFETY - Marshals are on the lookout for accidents, collisions, and other hazards, and are ready to help in the event of an emergency.
  • COMMUNICATION - Marshals listen to briefings from race control and radio in information about accidents, debris, and other issues.
  • PREPARATION - Marshals assess weather and track conditions, and gather people together for briefings.

Safety Car

MIC has the latest safety car, which is a vital part of racing, serving multiple purposes, including:

SAFETY - The safety car reduces the risk of dangerous situations, such as accidents, technical issues, or heavy rain. The safety car allows marshals to safely remove obstacles or attend to incidents without putting themselves or the drivers at risk. The safety car allows lapped cars to be shuffled around the field as they pit for new tires.

Medical Car

MIC has the latest medical car that will be deployed at all races meets. The medical car is equipped with advanced life-support equipment and is ready to respond to accidents at any time during a race. The medical car ensures the safety and health of the drivers. The medical car completes a full lap behind the cars at the start of the race to be ready to respond to any incidents.

The medical car is equipped with electronic trackers and iPads that allow it to communicate with race control. Race control can track the medical car on the circuit using the same electronic trackers that are found on the race cars.

Recovery

The track is equipped with the latest and special purpose equipment’s to immediately recover any vehicle or to safely recover the driver immediately.

Our fleet of emergency & rescue vehicles are Toyota Liva Medical Car, VW Polo Safety Car, Isuzu V Cross 4x4, Isuzu 2WD, Hyundai Creta - backup Car, Tractors-2nos, JCB and Tata Aces -2nos.

Our experienced and dedicated team will ensure the smooth planning and running of your event, leaving you free to relax and savour the experience.

MIC has lounge at East Paddock, West Paddock, 6000 square foot Hospitality Hangar, Cafeteria and 3 Hospitality Towers of 4 floors each, plus an Open terrace to view the races.

Car Parking

Spectators : Ample Two wheeler and Car parking space is available near the spectators gallery and is free of cost for pass / ticket holders.

Teams : Designated parking areas for teams Two wheeler and Car parking is available at the paddock area inside the track and is free of cost for team pass holders. Further for loading and unloading facility for heavy trucks is also made available for teams participating in the event. Assistance: for loading and unloading, cranes are available at the venue at an additional cost.
